Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as a shipment tracking number for your order. Shipping is currently available to all of these countries.

Our global network allows us to collect from all corners of the globe, and our experienced documentation staff turn around necessary documents with speed and accuracy. We consistently provide a quick, smooth and well-structured high level of logistical competency for your peace of mind.

 

 

 

Return
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days you can return a product within 90 days that is not opened. A 20% restocking fee will apply. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Most products have a 1 Year warranty if defective. There will not be a restocking fee on a defective product. We will exchange a defective product within 1 year of purchased date.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
